Bright House Networks is the sixth-largest owner and operator of cable systems in the U.S. and the second largest in Florida with technologically advanced systems located in five states including Florida, Alabama, Indiana, Michigan and California. Bright House Networks serves approximately 2.5 million customers who subscribe to one or more of its video, high-speed data, home security and automation and voice services.
Bright House called upon SOE for a solution to move it’s corporate financial offices into a new location. The design aesthetic is extremely sophisticated and a beautiful showcase for the furniture selections. The goal was create interiors that inspire and convey collaboration. SOE worked closely with the Bright House facility team redeploy some furniture from their existing space into their bright, and open new environment. SOE’s design team was able to bring fresh styles with exciting color to the new space.

Our members conduct targeted research, demonstrate new technologies, commercialize innovations and educate the workforce. This LEED Platinum building has both laboratory and office space for research and business collaborations on innovative products and services in Syracuse CoE’s core focus areas.
SOE and Haworth played a strategic role in providing furnishings that met the stringent requirements to gain certification as a LEED Platinum building.
Empower Federal Credit Union® was formed on January 1, 2007, through a merger of Empire Federal Credit Union and Power Federal Credit Union, at that time the two largest credit unions in the Central New York Chapter of the Credit Union Association of New York.
Their explosive growth brought about many changes within the organization that required additional space. The opportunity to combine several locations into one facility was a once-in-a-lifetime goal. SOE helped them achieve this goal. With the collaboration of a local architectural firm, we were able to create a new corporate office which reflected their brand. A new generation of upper management wanted their facility to reflect a progressive, timeless environment to promote collaboration that fosters efficiencies. SOE provided furnishings for training rooms, conference rooms, cafeterias, lobby/reception areas, workstations and executive suites.
This local developer over the past 40 years has been responsible for the construction of nearly 20 million square feet of real estate projects with a value reaching in excess of $1.5 billion. Pioneer’s project types include office, industrial, retail, senior housing, hospitality and residential, and its geographic footprint each extends throughout the country.
When the time came to relocate their offices, the Pioneer Companies turned to SOE for a solution that would create a space that reflected a lighter and more open work environment with multiple breakout meeting areas that fostered teamwork and a more collaborative workspace. SOE provided multiple furniture solutions that help create an office flush with natural light beautiful views. Vibrant upholsteries and finishes were selected to complement the extensive artwork and other natural finishes.
